This 1.5-hour course provides AFGE District 5 members with an overview of the third-party appeals process, including cases involving the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA). Participants will learn when and how to file appeals, the critical steps involved, and strategies for presenting a strong case. This session is ideal for members who want to build their expertise in navigating external appeals to protect and advocate for employee rights effectively.
